July 2005 -- Some liquid crystal display TV models may trigger a circuit breaker or cause an electric shock. October 2004 -- Battery cases of some CD Walkman models may overheat and warp. August 2004 -- Images caught on some Sony DVD players will not appear or are distorted under certain conditions. May 2004 -- Exterior coating of some digital cameras peels off.
